In 2010 Garrett founded Guardian Protection Force Inc with the strategic goal of specializing in executive protection, utilizing his skills learned in the field from prior employment. He currently serves as President and Founder of Guardian Protection Force Inc., an armed security and executive protection company, specializing in "Comprehensive Security Through Intelligence". Garrett holds bachelors in intelligence with a minor in criminal intelligence from the American Military University, an accredited and internationally recognized institution for Global Security Studies.

Phillip Moldoff is a seasoned security professional with over a decade of experience in developing and managing comprehensive global safety and physical security programs.  He currently serves as the Physical Security Center for Innovation Program Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where he provides strategic guidance on complex security measures and implements cutting-edge technologies across the organization's extensive network. 


Throughout his career, Phillip has held key leadership positions at notable companies including New Relic, Zynga, and Google.  His expertise encompasses enterprise risk management, global security operations center (GSOC) buildouts, and the development of global governance, strategy, and policy.  He has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, achieving significant cost savings, and enhancing security effectiveness through the strategic implementation of technology and data-driven process.


Phillip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University, where he graduated Cum Laude.  He is honored to serve as the Treasurer for the ASIS Sacramento chapter for the 2025-2026 seasons.

Katie Antonetti serves as Secretary for the ASIS Sacramento Chapter and has been a member since August 2019.

Her professional background spans across OpenEye, Cisco Meraki, Pivot3 and Seagate Technology.  In her current role as Enterprise Account Executive at OpenEye, Katie helps organizations navigate the evolving landscape of cloud-managed physical security, focusing on enterprise solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency.


Throughout her career, Katie has demonstrated a passion for supporting customers in the public and private sectors, focusing on long-term strategic alignment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.


Katie is committed to advancing the security profession and creating value for ASIS Sacramento Chapter members through collaboration, education, and outreach. With more than a decade of experience in the security field, Natalie Taylor is a seasoned professional recognized for her expertise across investigations, project management, event security, and advanced security technology. She currently serves as a Project Manager at Apple, where she oversees the design and installation of enterprise-level security systems across the company’s portfolio, with a specialized focus on data center environments. In this role, she leads complex initiatives that strengthen infrastructure resilience, safeguard critical assets, and align physical security strategy with evolving technological demands.


Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Security Management from City University of New York John Jay, an institution widely respected for its leadership in criminal justice and security education. In 2024, she earned her Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation, a credential that reflects her advanced knowledge, professional integrity, and commitment to excellence within the security industry.


Beyond her professional responsibilities, Natalie is deeply dedicated to advancing the field of security through mentorship, collaboration, and advocacy—particularly in supporting the involvement and leadership of women in the profession. As Director of Protective Services at Sutter Health, Ben is responsible for advancing enterprise security programs that protect patients, caregivers, visitors, and critical infrastructure across a diverse, multi-site health system.


Ben brings a strong operational focus to security leadership, specializing in physical security technology integration, access control, video surveillance, alarm monitoring, and incident response. He has played a key role in the deployment and stabilization of enterprise security platforms, aligning security capabilities with clinical operations, facilities, IT, and external partners to ensure safe, resilient care environments.

Ben Bessner is an enterprise security and technology sales leader with over a decade of experience driving revenue growth, securing multimillion-dollar contracts, and building long-term client partnerships across complex commercial and institutional environments. He currently serves as Branch & Sales Manager at SecSol, Inc., where he leads regional sales strategy and operations while expanding the company’s presence across Northern California. In this role, he focuses on delivering advanced physical security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems, to organizations with critical infrastructure and compliance requirements.

Throughout his career, Ben has held key roles at organizations such as Dimension and Global Custom Security, where he consistently exceeded quota and expanded territory performance. His background spans both physical security and SaaS, with a focus on consultative sales methodologies to navigate complex buying cycles and align technical solutions with business objectives. He has extensive experience working with industry-leading technologies, enabling clients to modernize and scale their security operations.

Ben is passionate about technology and its ability to improve everyday life. Kevin Carlin is a seasoned and decorated security management professional with over two decades of global leadership experience spanning corporate security, executive protection, risk management, and physical security operations. A proud 24-year veteran of the British Armed Forces, Kevin served with distinction on operational deployments in Iraq, Sierra Leone, and Northern Ireland, and was awarded a Mention in Dispatches (MID) — the equivalent of the United States Bronze Star — in recognition of his exemplary courage and service under operational conditions. Following his military career, Kevin built an exceptional international track record across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, holding senior leadership roles including Chief Security Officer, Global Director of Security, Country Director, and General Manager, where he consistently delivered operating profits of 25–35%, secured multi-million dollar contracts, and implemented internationally certified security and safety management systems including ISO 18788, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.
